I've started the Autumn months by moving things around! Our environment strongly influences our mood and wellbeing so I've revisited my Feng Shui books and de-cluttered, moved furniture and brought new colours into the home.
If nothing else it feels a fresh start to the "new term"!
I'm off to explore Namibia this month, land of the highest sand dunes and wonderful wildlife. A great environment to experience and I look forward to sharing my adventures with you.
Do you ever wish you could change the wiring of your brain in order to react to situations differently?
Neuro Linguistic Programming is an approach that aims to change the way your mind processes content in orderto improve wellness and behavioural patterns. Developed in the 1970s, NLP is based on the ideathat you can model the skills of successful people and then acquire those skills in order to utilize them in a variety of areas,in both work life and personal life. NLP communication is often quoted as "exquisite communication" and it can be very helpful in dealing with awkward situations or conflict.
My next workshop coming up on Thursday 26 November
will focus on how to use NLP to your benefit
when communicating with others.
We will look at how to build rapport with others in order to create trusting relationships by using body language and eye accessing cues. We will also look at anchoring, which involves using NLP to ‘anchor’ our internal responses to external stimuli. Anchoring in this way is a great tool to enhance confidence. We learn how using all our 5 senses enhances our rapport and our ability to communicate. Using NLP in these ways will allow you to communicate better with others, as well as react to situations in amore positive way.
If you would like to join me in the workshop, it will be taking place between9.30am -12.30pm at a cost of £30. Be sure to book your place by 5th November by contacting me via email: email@example.com
Hear what others had to say about the workshop:- "Very useful session that I think will be of use in work and personal life".
" Will try to use anchors as once I can focus on this it would be a really useful tool".
