Even though you may not wish to plan a whole year ahead just thinking what you want to do by the end of March is a great way of feeling energised and motivated to make things different in your life.
There are a multitude of ways to set and achieve goals but one way that works for me is writing down what I want to do for the next three months and putting those goals somewhere where I will read them daily.
It’s important that I write them down as if I have already achieved them e.g. “By the end of March I will have…………” Also by really understanding why they are important to me will also give me that extra motivation to make those changes.
I know that achieving goals are not always easy but just by taking time to identify what you want to be different and then taking one step closer towards it you are already on the way to succeeding.
