Red Oak Coaching core business is the delivery of a quality, bespoke coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) service to individuals, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and organisations.
Billing and Payment TermsOut first discussion is free of charge and without obligation. Subsequent time spent will be billed. Red Oak Coaching will agree a fixed package price which will be inclusive of travel time and resource materials. For individual clients Red Oak Coaching will issue a contract indicating agreed package cost, cancellation fees and confidentiality clause. For SMEs and organisations a quote will be issued and once agreed an invoice will be sent. All clients will be invoiced for any outstanding monies to be paid within 14 days after completion of the work.
